Levi Johnston threatened to sue, Conan O'Brien listened -- and last night he apologized for using an "imposter's" Twitter account to make fun of Sarah Palin's daughter's baby daddy.
William Shatner was back again to do a reading from the "real" Levi ... and this time, the Taco Bell inspired quotes are totally authentic.

Levi Johnston's manager has launched an ultimatum to Conan O'Brien's show over last night's William Shatner sketch: "If they don't retract, we'll sue."
NBC had no official comment, but an insider at "The Tonight Show" tells us they'll be addressing the issue on the air tonight -- and Shatner twittered he will be back for another appearance. Coincidence? We think not.
Yesterday, Shatner read what was represented as posts from Levi's Twitter account, making him look like a racially insensitive pothead -- but as we first reported, Levi's reps say the famous Palin-impaler doesn't even have a Twitter account ... or a Facebook, or a Myspace.
Levi's attorney tells us he's already dealing with Twitter over the fake account.

Lindsay Lohan just unloaded on her father -- slamming Michael for releasing the audio from a personal phone conversation between the two of them.
Linds posted the following message on her Twitter page:
"My fathers such a loser & those recordings are from years ago.
To release personal things is foul enough, but to edit them. I used to think That he needed the book for dummies on learning how to be a father.
Haha-he's needs the book for dummies on HOW TO BE A MAN."
As we previously reported, LiLo is working on getting a restraining order against Michael -- and her lawyer could also file a defamation suit on her behalf.

Shauna Sand is under attack for giving the green light on her sex tape -- and the woman behind the Sand-bashing is her former step-daughter Shayne Lamas. 
Lamas -- Lorenzo's daughter -- is tearing Sand a new one, telling TMZ:
"It's no shock that Shauna basically gave her seal of approval on the tape. She will probably try to get producing and directing credit as well. I hear it's pretty hardcore and she does all her own stunts too!
There has never really been much of a difference between Shauna and a blowup doll... Cheap, mostly plastic and a head full of air. She is pure trash."
Now that stings.
UPDATE: Shauna responds, telling us, "I'm really mortified at this family's behavior. They've used me to publicise and promote their show by saying that I slept with my stepson, which is completely untrue. I would never go so low as to say anything bad about family members."

He was late ... to a very important date ... and when he arrived, DMX went nuclear on security guards who wouldn't allow him perform at a charity event this weekend. 
The rapper got into a screaming match with security when he arrived to a Colorado Springs concert nearly 90 minutes after security was told he was scheduled to perform. In the video, both sides can be seen going off on each other.
X, his bodyguards and fans eventually got into a shoving match with security in front of the stage, while the crowd -- who had already been told he wasn't going to show -- chanted "DMX! DMX!"
He eventually got on stage -- but the sound system was reportedly turned off so he couldn't perform.
Only DMX could turn a charity event into a melee.

Tilda Swinton is completely irrelevant ... at least according to Donald Trump. 
The Donald has just released the following statement regarding the Oscar winner's attempt to stop Trump from developing a golf course in Scotland ... but for Trump, the statement is surprisingly tame:
"Where was Tilda Swinton three years ago when everyone else was petitioning? She's a little late in the game don't you think?
Swinton is a part of a tiny little group of people who are hanging by a thread. 93% of the public in Scotland are in favor of the project. I have all of my permits and approvals and we're going to start construction in 3 weeks."
We're guessing she won't be on "Celebrity Apprentice" anytime soon...

Tilda Swinton's life is about to become hell -- the Academy Award winner is officially picking a fight with Donald Trump ... and we all know how that usually turns out. 
Swinton just signed an anti-Trump petition, accusing His Hairness of bullying residents in Scotland in order to make way for a brand new state-of-the-art golf course developed by the Trump Organization.
Trump got permission to build on the land back in 2008, but critics -- like British-born Tilda -- are trying to crush Donald's plan, claiming some local residents could be evicted to make way for the links. Trump has also taken heat from people saying his plans are "environmentally unfriendly."
Trump hasn't repsonded personally -- yet -- but his Scottish rep claims Tilda is siding with "extremists."
Let the battle begin...

The Jon & Kate battle never ends -- and a war is brewing over tomorrow's birthday festivities for twins Mady and Cara.
We just got a pissed Papa Gosselin in NYC, where he actually whipped out his BlackBerry and read a new e-mail from Kate aloud -- one saying she refuses to see him and wants to limit his time with the kids on Thursday to only two hours.
Jon says the duo had originally planned to have a party together, but according to the e-mail, Kate now believes "Due to recent events, it'll be too stressful."
Jon called her demands "ridiculous," adding "I can stay as long as I want ... and I will."

TLC isn't the only one calling Jon Gosselin "opportunistic" -- now his estranged wife is joining in on the fun.
Kate just released the following statement:
"It appears that Jon's priority is Jon and his interests ... I'm saddened and confused by Jon's public media statements. Jon has never expressed any concerns to me about our children being involved in the show and, in fact, is on the record as saying he believes the show benefits our children."
As TMZ previously reported, production has been suspended on "Kate Plus 8" while Jon and the network hash out a deal.

With his girlfriend suing Joe Francis for $1 million, we were kinda hoping for a showdown between Brody Jenner and the Girls Gone Wild head honcho at Khloe's wedding -- only problem, Brody never showed.
Though he is the bride's step-brother, Jenner was noticeably absent from the rushed nuptials -- and when we got him earlier in the day at LAX, he said he was leaving L.A. for NY.
Joe -- who almost threw the groom a "midget" filled bachelor party -- still went.
